Zach's Mitzvah Mission
A fundraising campaign for Pink Ribbon Girls.
About This Campaign
I am raising money for the Pink Ribbon Girls as my Mitzvah project. It is my mission to raise money for families just like mine that has a family member with breast cancer. I chose to dedicate my mitzvah mission to this organization because The Pink Ribbon Girls helped my family when my mom had breast cancer two times. They gave us meals and provided cleaning services, which we were very thankful for.
I will run the Thanksgiving Day race because I am thankful my mom is healthy. Please consider sponsoring me in the race to help me make my goal of $1,800. Thank you for your support of my Mitzvah Mission and in helping families like mine.
$10 - My Torah portion is about the Exodus from Egypt & the 10 plagues. I consider breast cancer to be a modern-day plague.
$18 -18 is Chai in Hebrew, which means "life". The PRG work to provide a better quality of life to those going through breast cancer.
$40 - The age 40 every woman should have had their 1st mammogram.
$54 – Chai x 3. I was 3 when my mom was diagnosed with breast cancer the 1st time.
