July 13th Coffee Talk - Cinci/NKY

About This Campaign

“Cancer sucks, however, the warrior it creates is undeniable and battle-tested.” Jerrod Phillipps about his sister, Jamie Hoffpauir, breast cancer survivor.

This class is for all of you that want more info on getting back in to fitness after cancer, staying active during cancer treatment or improving your current fitness level.

Jamie is a personal trainer, gym owner, breast cancer survivor and creator of the Pauir Athletic Top. She will provide tips on exercising after surgeries and chemo and share ideas on creating your own fitness routine that works for YOU!

You don't want to miss this class - Jamie is donating an awesome fitness package to one lucky survivor:
-2 45-minute personal training sessions per month for 12 months
-One year unlimited free women's small group exercise sessions held on Wednesdays 6pm and Sundays 9:30am
-A new Pauir Workout Top

We will do a drawing at the end of the class for the winner.

Dress comfortable - we will not be doing an intense workout but Jamie will be showing us useful stretches and showing us proper techniques on various exercises.
